Head to your account’s billing portal — you can switch between Starter and Family or cancel in a couple of taps. Cancel before your free trial ends and you pay nothing; cancel later and you keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
Each month your plan includes a set number of stories — 5 on Starter, 15 on Family — and every story is yours to keep. Credits refresh at the start of each month and don’t roll over. You can move from Starter up to Family anytime if you’d like more.
Sorry about that! First, try creating it again — most hiccups are temporary. If it keeps happening, send us a message below with your child’s name in the story and roughly when you tried, and we’ll sort it out and make sure a story that didn’t come through doesn’t cost you a credit.
Use the “Forgot password?” link on the login page to reset it by email. If you’re still stuck — for example the reset email isn’t arriving — write to us below and we’ll help you back in.
Yes — that’s the whole point. Every story is kid-safe and ad-free, we never sell your data, and any stories shared to the community are moderated. You stay in control of your child’s profile, and you can export or delete your data anytime from your account.
